Dr. Conor P. Williams is a researcher and writer based in Washington, DC. He is currently a professor of practice at the Children's Equity Project. Before joining the CEP in 2026, Williams was a senior fellow at The Century Foundation, a senior researcher at New America, and a first grade teacher in Brooklyn. Williams has three children enrolled in public schools in the District of Columbia.
