Michael served as the Product Manager of EdSurge's Edtech Index, documenting the newest edtech companies and products around the industry. Aside from his Index duties, he co-manages EdSurge's social media and helps out here and there around the office. Prior to EdSurge, Michael was a consultant at ZS Associates, where he created sales and marketing strategy, and conducted market research, in the HIV, Hepatitis C, and Ovarian Cancer spaces. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia (go Hoos!), and is an avid reader, musician, and Chicago sports fan.
