About this role
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Manager to lead our growing Chicago-based team of Inside Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). In this role, you will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing a high-performing inside sales team focused on engaging K–12 schools and districts across the country with our industry-leading computer science curriculum.
You will play a key role in driving team performance, optimizing sales processes, and helping our team hit their goals. This is a great opportunity for a people-first sales leader with a proven track record and a passion for education and impact.

On Track Earnings, which includes Salary and Incentive Compensation: $105,000-$125,000
Location
This is an in-office position, which would require 5 days a week in the CodeHS Chicago office at 747 N LaSalle in River North.
