HARUKAEDU: An undisclosed amount to Indonesia-based HarukaEdu in a Series A round led by Japan-based CyberAgent Ventures. Founded in 2013, HarukaEdu offers MOOCs and completion certifications designed in partnership with Indonesian universities. The company plans to take advantage of an increasing online presence in Indonesia: “Internet users in Indonesia will reach 100 million by 2016, which makes us fifth largest in the world,” claims HarukaEdu cofounder and CEO Novistiar Rustandi, according to e27.
