SIMPLILEARN: 90 crore rupee (900 million rupee, or approximately US $14.66 million) to Bangalore-based Simplilearn in a Series C round led by Mayfield India. Existing investors Helion Ventures and Kalaari Capital also participated. Founded in 2009, Simplilearn offers online professional certification courses in subjects like project management and IT training to around 10,000 new users each month, according to The Economic Times.
