NOREDINK: $6 million to San Francisco, CA-based NoRedInk in a Series A round led by True Ventures. The Social+Capital Partnership, Kapor Capital and Rethink Education also participated. Since 2012, NoRedInk has provided online grammar exercises to students, with feedback available to teachers. With the funding, NoRedInk plans to double its team (currently 12 people, according to the Wall Street Journal) and expand its curriculum.
