MILO AND OTIS: Techno-manic Japan has neko cafes (cat cafes) where patrons pay by the hour to hang out with kitties to calm down from the rigors of the country's notoriously rigid work hours. So it only makes sense that students at Northwestern University now get to hang out with "Therapy Dogs" to de-stress from finals, courtesy of 20-year-old sophomore Megan McPherson, co-chair of the Happiness Club. Goes to show that if there's one thing that technology still can't replace (aside from teachers), it's the warmth and fuzziness that comes along with hanging around furry friends. (Sorry robo-pets, you still have quite a ways to come.)
