SIMPLETUITION: EDUWEST reported that Boston, MA-based SimpleTuition had raised a $26 million Series E round from existing investors Atlas Ventures, Flybridge Capital Partners and North Hill Ventures. The story was picked up in various outlets (including ours). However, Patrick Kandianis, co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer at SimpleTuition, said in an email that "this [was] an inaccurate piece...We have raised $26mm to date...no new funding at this time."
