MOBILE STRATEGY: CoSN recently released a step-by-step guide along with a graphic to provide administrators with insights and pitfalls behind creating a mobile learning strategy. While the guide highlights steps to planning, implementing and improving mobile learning initiatives, the graphic highlights what to do and possible pitfalls to avoid, such as ‘going to scale with an untested approach’ or ‘implementation by top-down mandate.’ CoSN also included videos with step-by-step explanations of how exemplar districts, such as Forsyth County Schools in Georgia and Mooresville Graded School District in North Carolina, created and implemented their own mobile learning initiatives.
