APOLLO GLOBAL, a subsidiary of Apollo Education, has acquired Career Partner GmbH, a German human resource development and private higher education provider. The Phoenix-based company paid $105 million for Career Partner, and it may add a contingent cash payment of up to $12 million, the final value of which will be determined by the German company's 2016 results. Apollo Education offers online and on-campus learning of varying levels to working learners; Apollo Global is its investment arm.
