CAREERS360, an online career counseling platform based in New Delhi, has acquired Entrancecorner.com in an all-cash deal, though the amount was not disclosed. The latter, founded in 2009 in Delhi, offers test prep, counseling, collaboration and information on professional entrance exams. As part of the deal, all 20 of Entrancecorner.com's employees will relocate to Careers360's offices. Careers360, founded in 2008, claimed to have six million visitors a month and expressed excitement about broadening its market reach.
