MACMILLAN LEARNING, which creates content for higher education courses, has acquired Roberts and Company, which publishes higher education textbooks, interactive media, and original monographs in biology, chemistry and engineering. The deal is expected to close February 1, 2016. Ben Roberts, Founder and Publisher of Roberts & Co, will join Macmillan Learning as the Vice President of their STEM team. Other terms of the deal were not disclosed.
