PERMISSION CLICK has announced the closure of its $1.75 million seed round of funding. Friesens Corp led the round; Real Ventures and others invested, according to a press release. The Winnipeg, Canada-based company makes a platform that coordinates and generates the permission slips, forms and payments required for school activities.
