NELSON, a major Canadian education publisher, has agreed to acquire Toronto-based Edusight, a provider of digital gradebooks, assessments and portfolios. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 2013, Edusight was a graduate of the Imagine K12 edtech accelerator and notched deals with three Ontario-based school districts last August. More details in the press release.
