LINCOLN DEALS: Evan-Moor Corporation, a provider of supplemental educational materials, has been acquired by Lincoln Learning Solutions, a nonprofit developer of online preK-12 curriculum and educational services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 1979, Evan-Moor, based in Monterey, California, sells a range of materials, from print books to interactive learning tools. Its digital assets will be brought into Lincoln’s digital content library. Evan-Moor will continue operations under its current CEO, William Evans.
According to the press release, Lincoln’s team boasts around 350 employees and has worked with more than 19,000 students across 200 schools across the U.S.
