Facilitron, a Los Gatos, Calif.-based school facilities management platform provider, has bought Login Logix, a Mission Viejo, Calif.-based provider of a similar service. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Founded in 2014, Facilitron services school districts, community colleges and universities. The company’s software reserves facility space and track how, when and by whom those spaces are used. It plans to launch a work management system next year.
The company acquired Login Logix to expand its features to support facility reservations, work management and business insights, according to a statement Wednesday.
Founded in 2002 and formerly called MaintenanceLogin, Login Logix claims to have about 20 employees and provide school management services to districts, education departments, businesses and colleges.
