SETTING A HIGH BAR: 2tor's Chip Paucek was named Maryland's Entrepreneur of the Year in the online services category by Ernst & Young. Though what caught our attention more is his not-so-secret music video, in which actual 2tor students lip-synch to a Flo Rida song, with lyrics (presumably written by Chip) now praising the glories of online learning instead of the club.
