ERIN PROJECT: Beta site funded by the Laura and John Arnold Foundation that aims to help analyze the US education system through the "lenses" of policy, research, organizations, funders and technology. These folks funded the creation of the NewSchools Venture Fund market map, which is woven into the fabric of ERIN (an acronym for Education Resource Information Navigator). Details on foundations from the Foundation Center, which maintains extensive databases based on the 990 disclosures that nonprofits file.
