i3: 23 finalist projects in the 2011 Investing in Innovation (i3) Fund competition have secured $18 million in matching funds from private donors, making these projects eligible for $150 million from the i3 program. These 23 projects were selected from a pool of nearly 600 applicants earlier this fall. More details about i3 and the finalist projects from the press release here.
