Intel-Assess: San Francisco-based Intel-Assess, bought by Wireless Generation for undisclosed terms. The two had been partners. Six-year-old Intel-Assess develops assessment programs with districts and will be ramping up its Common Core offerings. The company's blog says it intends to "operate as an independent organization."
