MAKE THAT MONEY: Udemy, an online platform that allows anyone to create or teach a course, announced a series of eye-catching statistics last week. Its top ten earning instructors over the past year combined to make over $1.6 million in course sales. Subjects included everything from the mundanely technical ("Microsoft Excel for Beginners") to the entrepreneurial ("The Learn Startup"--from Eric Ries, who else?). Other numbers are not insignificant either: 700% user growth in the past year, with 7,000 lectures added each month. Check out the full list here.
