STUDY ABROAD: "A New Face of Education: Bringing Technology into the Classroom in the Developing World," is a new report from D.C. think tank Brookings on ICT implementation in schools throughout the developing world, assessing the efficacy of edtech programs in different environments and suggesting recommendations for moving forward. We like this observation: "The strategy for doing so need not emulate the trajectory of educational technology use in wealthier developed nations."
