TutorGroup: $15 million to TutorGroup, the China-based parent company of VIPABC.com and TutorABC.com, from Qiming Venture Partners. TutorGroup offers online English language services for professional and classroom use. The investment will fund the expansion of TutorGroup's services throughout China, where some estimate the private English tutoring market will be worth over $17 billion by 2015.
