Silverback Learning Solutions was founded by Dr. Jim Lewis, a 40-year educator spanning teacher to superintendent. Dr. Lewis steers the company’s innovative development, growth and business strategies. He was awarded Idaho Superintendent of the Year in 2005 and in 2009 was the recipient of the national “What Parents Want”. In addition to running a 600-employee, $35M school district Dr. Lewis is the former CEO of two successful, small businesses. Dr. Lewis enjoys Idaho's beauty, traveling and spending time with his family.
