Kelly is a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Digital Promise, a global nonprofit shaping the future of learning through research, practice and technology. She focuses on co-designing transformative learning experiences. From hands-on maker technology to gamification and inclusive pedagogy, she is dedicated to supporting communities of educators worldwide in implementing cutting-edge practices through involvement in impactful projects such as Infy Makers, Ciena Solutions Challenge Model Schools and the HP AI Academy. Kelly’s current dissertation examines a series of playful professional learning sessions within the microworld of the digital game Lego Fortnite using action research methodology to determine teachers’ behavioral intention to use games in the classroom.
