Lindsey Fuller serves as the executive director of The Teaching Well, a nonprofit wellness organization focused on education. Fuller is an unapologetic and passionate champion for scholars, educators and marginalized communities. A paradigm shifting leader and restorative practitioner, Fuller leads through genuine relationships, strategy and humor.
Prior to joining The Teaching Well, Fuller served as a teacher, school administrator, and as a district leader for a school network in California, leading all non-academic initiatives, including mental health programming, behavioral supports, socio-emotional learning and crisis management.
Fuller believes that in order to reach collective liberation, we must find ways to sustain adults in our schools. With her fierce advocacy for folks on the margins, she builds human-centered, anti-racist systems to inform strong adult school climates.
Fuller holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in teaching from Occidental College. She serves as a trainer through the International Institute of Restorative Practices and is a state certified mediator via California Conference for Equity and Justice.
