Samantha Shane is a Career and Technical Education teacher in New Jersey helping high school students explore the field of education through authentic learning. Shane aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Shane is an ASCD Emerging Leader and JerseyCAN Teacher Leader Policy Fellow. Her professional interests include exploring how to best prepare teachers, creating meaningful professional development opportunities and discovering best practices for engaging students in learning.
