Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with Common Core State Standards, meeting the diverse learning needs of students.
• Instruction: Deliver high-quality instruction in core subjects, including mathematics, language arts, science, and social studies, using innovative teaching strategies.
• Assessment: Conduct formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress and tailor instruction accordingly.
• Classroom Management: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, implementing effective behavior management strategies.
• Communication: Maintain open and consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field is required; a Master’s degree in Education or a Teaching Credential is preferred.
