GRADESFIRST: Education Advisory Board, the higher education division of DC-based Advisory Board Company, has acquired Birmingham, AL-based GradesFirst for an undisclosed amount. Since 2007, GradesFirst has provided a suite of tools around recognizing, advising and tutoring at-risk college students.
