Nashville, we are ready for you!
We’re excited to announce that our thirty-one finalists have been selected for the EdSurge Tech for Schools Summit: Nashville 2014. Our seven esteemed Tennessee educators had their work cut out for them and evaluated almost sixty companies before making their recommendations. (You can read their full bios here.) We are seeing some familiar names: twelve of the companies selected for Nashville also participated in our Baltimore Summit in February.
(We've starred them here: Check out their pages on our site to see what teachers in Baltimore thought of these products.)
Fantasy Geopolitics, which claimed top marks among the judges, is our 31st Summit participate and will be joining us as part of a new partnership with Startup Weekend EDU.
The companies taking part in the Nashville Summit are:
Curriculet*, **
Fantasy Geopolitics (through partnership with Startup Weekend EDU)
LearnBop*, **
Ponder*, **
* Participated in EdSurge Baltimore Summit
** Participated in EdSurge Silicon Valley Summit
Educators: Are you interested in learning about these products--and, most critically, talking with them about what you and your students need? Want to hear what your fellow teachers think about them?
We'll be gathering in Nashville, TN on Tuesday April 14, 2014 at the Music City Center.
