GIBLIB Raises $2.5 Million to Improve Medical Education Content

GIB AND TAKE: GIBLIB, a Los Angeles-based provider of video and virtual reality medical education content, has closed a $2.5 million seed round. Investors in the round include Mayo Clinic, USC Marshall Venture Fund, Venture Reality Fund, Wavemaker 360 and Michelson 20 MM.

GIBLIB will use the money to improve content quality, according to a statement released on Wednesday. The company offers medical lectures and surgical videos in 4K and 360-degree virtual reality for $468 a year or $50 a month, according to its website.

Michelson 20MM previously invested in AdmitHub in February 2018.
